submitted by Chris B. - |Recommended: YesOverall good place — Staff is very friendly and professional. The amenities for the complex are great. Pool, hot tubs and work out area are great. Love taking my kids to the pool in the summer. There are a few smal things about the apartments i would change but over it's a really good place if your looking to live in an apartment.

It's new, clean, has great amenities and the price cannot be beat given the location. I would highly recommend this property.

The amenities are wonderful. The complex is clean, safe, and everyone is really friendly. It's in a great location. All the staff have been so nice and are always on top of everything.

submitted by Taylor M. - |Recommended: YesOverall very nice — The apartments are spacious with tall ceilings. Feels like a home. Plenty of amenities. Staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. The online payment system is the only option of paying them, however. You get charged a fee every time you pay rent.

submitted by Nicola S. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — It is a nice clean apartment complex and we especially like that it is no smoking complex although I am a bit disappointed that may times when I leave the complex people at standing right by the gate smoking which obviously allows the smoke to come into the complex. We do hear the people above us quite loudly which would not be a big issue except it keeps us from doing things we normally would out of fear that it will disturb the other occupants.

submitted by Kenneth W. - |Recommended: YesThey worked hard to help us — Our landlord didnt pay the mortgage and we were on the verge of being kicked out of our duplex by the bank. We fell in love with the two bed two bath at Silver Creek. My credit is not so great, but the staff at Silver Creek made me feel at home and welcome, so i wanted to try anyways. They worked really hard to get me approved, and after some trials we did I cannot wait to move in next week. Thank you

Make your appointment now. Many are excited in the area for it to be open. Everything looks beautiful. Fully gated community.
