submitted by Enrique V. - |Recommended: YesGreat apartment in a great location — This apartment community is located in a great location, close to amenities, but not too close to all of the traffic. If your commute keeps you in the greater Tacoma area, this location is hard to beat. Apartment management works to keep our community in tip top shape. I'm so glad that my wife found this complex for us when we relocated to WA.

submitted by Brittany F. - |Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — The apartments are very clean, kind quiet neighbors and the inside of the apartments are very nice new. Leasing office ladies are very kind and always there ready to help you in any way possible. Maintenance is wonderful and responds to you in a timely manner. I had a heating problem once and the maintenance man came on his day off to fix it with Janelle who stayed late. I feel safe living here gated community and rent is very reasonable. These are my very first apartments and I can say I'm not disappointed

Sometimes it’s hard finding a place to park when you come home too late but overall it’s an awesome place to live

It can be crowded for parking and there is noise at night but not more than other apartments I’ve lived at. The office staff are excellent and very helpful, maintenance is fast and friendly. The gym and amenities are also in fantastic shape.

submitted by Taylor A. - |Recommended: YesThe property is nice, but parking needs to be fixed. — I would tell them it's a nice place to live, I would recommend buying a parking spot because it's hard to find one most of the time that's not far away or that someone has been parked in for a long amount of time.

submitted by Robyn N. - |Recommended: YesI enjoy residing here but I'm disappointed that I don't have an assigned parking spot. I find myself riding around to look for an available spot and then I have to walk 2-3 buildings away. — It's very nice but parking is inadequate.
